Poplah’s Return & Refund Policy – it's ok. It happens.

We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we have a 14-day return policy. 

Returning Your Item – The Fine Print

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In the same condition you got it (unworn, unused, with tags).
✔️ Still in its original packaging (because we like things neat and tidy).
✔️ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (no receipt, no return—sorry!).

Just email us at nonhlanhla@poplah.co.za to start your return. We’ll tell you where to send your package. No surprise returns, please! If you send it back without contacting us first, it might just take a scenic journey back to you.

Damaged or Wrong Items – Oops, Our Bad!

We’re only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you got the wrong item (oops!), please let us know immediately. We’ll sort it out and make things right—promise.

What You Can’t Return – No Take-Backs

Some items are just non-returnable, its yours forever (forever ever, for ever ever!)

If you've requested a specific fabric or color combimation or size, or zip colour....you get the point. 

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale—no refunds, no take-backs.

Exchanges – nope.

Sorry, we don't do that here. Unless you've send us the damaged goods...

Refunds – Show Me The Money

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
